Placefile help

Trying to put in this place file but I am getting an error for line 2.
Threshold:40
Color: 250, 250, 250

Place: 29.03.38 -81.58.31 .
Place: 28.54.40 -82.41.32 .
Error reads: line 2 expected color: r g b [a]
I don't see anything wrong with it.

Where do you put this at?

Create a text file, I named mine "GR3Home.txt", and save it on the computer running GRL3
Then add it to the placefile manager ([Windows] - [Show Placefile Manager])
