I've been watching that all day.
It wasn't moving very fast and there's been several reports of high wind associated with it. Lots of lightning!

I have been watching it as well...This is the best my non smoothed radar has looked! I put a new color table on it...

Anyway I think that the front will pass through my area (Central WV) in the late morning before the atmosphere starts spicing up..After the big derecho, we really don't need any severe weather. Cool

I hope it fizzles out before it gets here.  A little rain is good, but storms are bad.

That basically formed up right over us giving us a giant middle finger then moving on without giving us a drop of rain.  The super mega huge drought of doom continues.....

Yeah, us too.  The weather radio was squalling last night with severe ts warnings, but they all went about 20 miles south of us.  Nary a drop of rain here last night.

I got about an inch and a half out of it.

Some areas not too far off got over 3 inches.

Problem now is that the 7 Day Forecast is back to showing no chance of rain ---- not even clouds.  Just sunny and upper 80s.

Not bad weather, but not anything that will help the water table recover.
