I have a VP2 connected by a WeatherlinkIP to weatherlink.com (and from there to WU). I've had no trouble with any of it until now.

I just bought and connected the UV and solar sensors. The data shows up on my console, but is not showing up on weatherlink.com. The rest of the data still shows up fine. Here's the weird thing: all the data (including UV and solar) shows up fine on my iPhone in the Weatherlink mobile app. I have tried rebooting the console, no help.

I know the UV and solar data is uploading as I can see it on the Weatherlink mobile app on my iPhone. Any idea why it's not displaying on Weatherlink.com and why it's not being sent to WU with the rest of my weather data? Is there some option I have to select? The last time I added a sensor it showed up on weatherlink.com automatically so...?

Thanks!

Just a thought.  Have you re-configured as a VP2 Plus in both your WL.com account and your Weatherlink software configuration settings?  You said that you added the solar/UV sensors to an original VP2 and so it seems that your station would have originally been configured it as a VP2 in both places.

People always talk about the weather, but they never do anything about it.  Not me.  I'm gonna measure it.  www.tceweather.com

You nailed it! I changed the station to a VP2 Plus in the account settings and the UV and solar data now show up. Thanks!
