We had a little shower blow through here around 1:30pm, which dropped 0.03" in about 5 minutes...and it is just nasty out...Looking at my weather station now, it is 89.2F, with a dew point of 81.9F!!!! It is disgusting out here!!! The sun is shining brightly, but hopefully we will get some storms to cool us off.

My sympathies!  Indeed, as they say and as you can feel, 'it's not the heat it's the humidity'.

Even at 105°F here today it wasn't too bad to be outdoors for a little while because the dew point is in the low 60's.  The temp was 79°F at 6:30 this morning, but with the dew point where it is the air movement during my bike ride was a lot more comfortable than when the temp and dew point converge in the low to mid 70's and quash evaporative cooling.

Yeah the dew point has dropped to a modest 79.1F now!! Humidity is near 100% already!!! We are supposed to get A LOT of rain tomorrow, perhaps over 2 inches, so hopefully it will "wash" the humidity away...

No matter what you say, 105F is rough at any humidity level!

Nah, it's a cake walk at dewpoints below 30°F!  Very Happy

Wow, it would feel absolutely amazing here with dew points in the 30s!!! Anything under 60F here feels GREAT!
