So, apparently the neighborhood Moose have also been hearing about my weather station upgrades. Yesterday Morning a Mama Moose decided to bring her family over to check things out. I had to do an about face after stepping out the door on my way to the office to grab my camera. Who said Moose don't pay attention to the weather?  Very Happy

LOL, yep I've actually thought about that. Usually my "Moose Cam" consits of me running around to various windows in the house with my camera!

I did however capture a similar picture on my original Low-res IP webcam in winter a couple years back, showing another family standing on the exact same spot:



While Moose usually tend to hang out in the same general territory, I don't know if it is the exact same one from the new picture. The mama Moose that frequents my yard was looking pretty old and frail these last few years, while the one in the pictures from the other day looks much younger and healthier. Maybe its one of her previous years offspring that's now taken over the family duties!
