In the last couple of days VWS has been showing the message 'Data Logger Memory Full. Please clear data logger memory from display console (reference weather station user manual) when I try and download data from my OS WMR200 and no data is downloading.

I assume this message is referring to the data logger in the WMR200 and not a file location in VWS.

I am puzzled as the data logger in the WMR200 is not full and in fact the data logger clears each time I download to VWS.

In case the WMR200 was having a funny five minutes  I cleared the data logger manually, but this hasn't cleared the message in VWS.

I then resorted to resetting the WMR200 but this hasn't resolved the issue either.

Up until now VWS has been working fine for 9 months or so.

Any ideas??
