Monthly Report data not updating since upgrade

So I upgraded to 10.37R 26 last Friday and since then no data is showing up in my station monthly report, any ideas?

I do not have any other reports of this problem, and I do not have this problem myself
so
try
action, convert WD logfiles to data files
then click on convert
(assuming your WD logfile for the current month is OK)

Is there anyway to see why it is not uploading the May2012.htm file? I've converted and all the data is there but the file is simply not being uploaded.

I took it from your post that there was no data
not that it was not uploading

make sure you have it set to do the av/ext upload in the ftp/internet setup, upload times setup

is the file updated OK on your PC?

any errors in WD under view, program event log?

I think Todd is talking about seeing the history on his Saratoga templated site..... so its not really a WD issue.

Were you using a very old version of WD?   and do you have an old version of Ken's templates/wxhistory.php.

There was a change a while back, cant recall exactly when, but after that I had the same issue.  Ken told me to update the wxhistory.php from the current full release.  It fixed it instantly.

Will try it tonight. The file May2012.htm is in the webfiles, just not making it to the server for whatever reason.

do you have ticked to do the daily av/ext uploads under control panel, FTP/ internet setup, upload times?

I updated from two versions previous (sorry can't remember the exact number). I will check for errors, haven't done that yet. The daily uploads are the same as they were prior to the upgrade.

At this point I am somewhat lost, the file quit updating after the last upgrade so I assume it has something to do with it. Need to go check the logs now.

So no errors in the log last night. I double checked all the settings and they are the same. Decided to downgrade to an earlier version, nothing, in fact it seemed that other files were now not updating either.

When all else fails, reboot. I did and that didn't seem to help but I did catch the FTP program in WD attempting to upload files and locking up. Killed it off and restarted it, voila all files are now uploading. Not sure what caused it, will upgrade to 28 tonight and see if all runs well. Probably the FTP process got stuck somewhere and just needed a kick.

So it ran until the end of May and stopped again. No June data even though the June2012.htm file is in the webfiles directory. Rebooted, restarted and nothing. Not sure what is going here now, checked the FTP program and it seems to be running fine.

Doing some checking and it seems the month to date graph is also not being uploaded. Trying to catch the FTP program and figure out what is updated is difficult. I am not sure what changed, running 30 now but not all the files that used to upload do and not all seem to be created anymore. Is there somewhere that I can check to see what is happening, no program events are listed in the log and everything on the FTP/Internet looks like it always has.

Any ideas are welcome at this point, not sure what to do but not everything is working as it should.

I one of  the problems

you have selected to upload a time stamped web cam image every minute

in the ftp/internet setup, web cam upload setup

change that to just jpegwebcam.jpg (and not 1800jpgwebcam.jpg)

also you have set some of the files in the customise internet and file creation setup to upload but you do not have any times set to create those files

Fixed all the noted issues, still not seeing the monthly report updating. Maybe a reboot is in order.

it wont update until just after midnight though
did you wait until then?
once I fixed up the settings problems in your settings, I see the time to just after midnight and let WD go through to 15 minutes past midnight and it was uploaded OK in testing here with your settings

I also notice you are HTTP downloading a file every minute from another web site
I would reduce that to say every 10 minutes (untick the every minute setting)
as I doubt the information you are downloading is going to change that much I would say they would not be impressed in you sraping their web site every minute

Ah, that is running every 15 minutes, I think I just changed it to an hour. Just river data which is not going to be on the new revision to the site.
