What program do you use to put a slideshow on your site?

Anyone know? What I'm trying to do is something like Dacula wx has on the front page.

Looks to me like DaculaWX is using Galleria http://galleria.io/ just google javascript image gallery or query image gallery, there are tonnes of different ones that you can choose between, most of them are free.

Take a look at my web site linked in my sig, and go to the maps/radar tab. I am using Dynamic Drive's Ultimate Fade-In slideshow. The surface analysis map uses the manual version, and the US composite map uses automatic.

There are options to allow links from any particular slide or pop up text visible on mouseover, and other features.
