Summary Icons Rain Settings

It was raining pretty heavy yesterday for a number of hours with a rate of 6.0mm/hr but the current conditions in WD were stating Moderate Drizzle. What are the optimum settings in order to achieve an accurate current conditions when its raining?? Find attached my current settings.

Edit: Just to add this other questions as its related to solar. This morning there was full sunshine at about 8am but the percentage of solar was 60% which meant no sunlight was being recorded. I have checked my Lat and long and they are set fine. Is the only way to fix this issue to use the Shadow offset??

make sure to use the latest build, re the rain settings problem
if the problem occurs again, then .zip and emai me your settings files and your 24hourrain.inf and last31daysdata.inf data files

re the solar, check the max solar for lat/long is set correctly (and the time zone)
post a screen shot of that

also its better to post on the WD forum as you you will get more help there from others, etc

In fact i did post in the WD forum and got no reply so resorted to posting here as it seems to be better sometimes to get answers.
I'm attaching a screen grab of my Solar,Check the Max solar for Lat/Long settings. Note that i have changed the shadow offsets to try and register sunshine in the early morning and evening times.
With regards my Rain issues i will update to the latest version and if this doesn't work i will post the inf files you mentioned.
