Confirmed--at least for ME to my MY satisfaction!

When Tucson NWS reports 5% RH, my VP2 is almost ALWAYS within ±1% of their number.

And your OS would have been reading.....?  I'm not surprised.  Anytime I see crap humidity readings from surrounding stations, I see they have an OS when I click on it.  Not saying they all are, but there definitely seems to be a relationship.

I'm trying to cease beating a dead whatever, so one last "whack" - I have two units on the roof, one OS, one Davis, about 25' apart and they vary significantly, but, I write it off as a 5 year and $900 learning experience. The Davis is so much more a "professional" piece of equipment it's not worth comparing.

My Vantage Pro2 rarely reads 100%, but it has at times.  Fog has to be pretty thick.

I too see this. there seems to be a difference of 10% or more. My VP2 has hit 100% a number of times. The OS reads 95% after a heavy rain and ever rarer does it hit 98% which is the max for the OS. Last time my station was online I pulled my OS offline because I got fed up with it and put the VP2 on instead.
