Oh gurus of the PHP/Ajax world. I need help.

When my page loads it seems to show the current condition text from my testtags.php data but by the time the page finishes it loads an ajax script for ajaxcurrentconditions which it gets from the client raw file.

Is this just a setting I messed up?

Right now it shows "mostly cloudy" then it switches to "It is dry" when the page finishes loading.

It may be a Weather-Display setup issue.

The PHP displays the contents of %Currentsolardescription% tag as ' mostly cloudy ' while the clientraw.txt has only 'Dry' in it.

You don't seem to have a Solar sensor on your setup, but you might find the WD setup instructions for the template set useful to get the Nearby METAR setup used for sky conditions.  Theoretically, the WD tag used by PHP should have the same contents as the clientraw.txt conditions.

Hope this helps...

Best regards,
Ken

Thanks Ken. I will try that side of it. Unfortunately I use WD on a mac which makes things a bit confusing.

And thanks for all you do on the scripts and helping us newbies with random questions. Your time is appreciated.
