"How's the weather up there?"

I'm getting error messages at the lower left corner of the map window whenever I use the "Weather Stations" layer.  The errors are like this:

2:18:49 PM.968 Error while loading the "WeatherStations" layer: the imagemap-load encountered an error signal
2:18:54 PM.703 Error while loading the "WeatherStations" layer: the image-load encountered an error signal after 2 retries.

And there several of them. 

I am communicating with WU support.

I'm wondering if anyone else has the issue....
