At http://stillwaterweather.com/images/History_Vantage_Pro.htm in the left column I get question marks showing instead of the degrees symbol.  How do I correct this? I forgot.

Try replacing the degree symbol in your html with ° so that it looks like °F

Try this.
Replace this
Code:
<HTML>
<HEAD>

With this
Code:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>

And then use  &deg;  instead of the degree symbol.

Add this between the <head> tags

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
