APRS send failed: couldn't open aprsResult.txt

I've had a problem with VPLive for the past week or so. It has not been sending my CWOP data and there is a warning that states

"APRS send failed: couldn't open aprsResult.txt"

Has anyone else had this problem before?

I get the same error but my data is still going to CWOP so I have just learned to ignore the error.

I think the CWOP site is just too slow in responding back and VPlive reports it as an error.

I ask the same question a few months ago and never got any answer.

That's interesting beaudog, but I have no data on my CWOP graphs, so I don't think my data is getting sent.

I am a huge proponent of VPLive, however Steve seems to be out of pocket for the foreseeable future. I would suggest you test the feed from your computer with Cumulus. It may not be VPLive's problem.

Try http://sandaysoft.com/. Cumulus is EASY and fast to get going.
