PWS Weather "Too many connections"

I am getting Too many connections on PWS weather this morning. It is happening on both the main page http://www.pwsweather.com/ or my own station page http://www.pwsweather.com/obs/CW4114.html.

Is the site being "slashdotted" or what??? No actual mention on Slashdot itself, I wonder why all the traffic? DDOS attack?
