Cannot upload data... AGAIN

What is the matter with Wunderground? After my previous problems with uploading data I hoped they had sorted things out but I am now getting intermittent uploads on routine observations again and frequent internet connection failure messages when sending archived data. As before everything is fine for other agencies, I have a good broadband connection and have made no changes to the system. I have sent three fault reports of growing priority and I have received no replies. considering we give them the data for nothing a little courtesy would be nice!

I have been submitting my data to Wunderground for about 6 years. In that time, I have only had to seek their help twice. Both times it took a little over a week to get the problem sorted out. Both times the problem was resolved when I found that Wunderground didn't work the way I assumed.

The bottom line is that I find it extremely rare that I receive a product or service that is worth more than I pay for it. Wunderground is one of those rarity.

I am pleased that you were able to solve your Wunderground problems in the past, unfortunately my difficulties continue and I still think that  a simple response to confirm that someone is looking into the problem would be reasonable.

Which software package are you using to upload and what are the error messages that you see?

Hi, Many thanks for your interest in the problem. I eventually received a reply from Wunderground support and we tried several options without success. Whilst the problem is still there it seems to have improved slightly to the point where I can live with it. Just wait, it will be back with a vengeance tomorrow    Have a good day and thanks again.
