Today after getting an older computer setup and getting Cumulus loaded on, it took 20 minutes to extract 3 weeks of data. Now I go into the graphs and can't find the stored data. Obvously it recieved it but doesn't display it. Any suggestions?

I am pretty sure that once the console coughs up the data you cannot receive it again. I am guessing that the data is lost.
