Did you setup the correct date and time in WL 5.9.3?
Close the Weather Bulletin for now, and click setup, verify that the correct date is showing.
Is your PC clock set correctly?

If this is a new system, I suggest uninstalling WeatherLink completely, deleting the WeatherLink folder, and then re-installing.  During setup of WeatherLink, make sure to update the time on the console, and delete all archived data.

If you are updating an old system, then it's a more complex problem.

Ok I deleted everything and re-installed. I also deleted all my records I saved on the Data Logger. See if that works. The time Date etc is correct.

Working  Dancing

Confused.  What's working?  You?  Or the hardware?  Or what?

If you still can't get updates to work, please give complete details of current firmware version, etc.

I had trouble with the console not transferring archive data but live data could be seen fine. I added a couple of ferrite chokes (google them) to the cable to remove interference and that seems to have fixed it for reasons unknown to science. The other thing is to reset the console but in a specific way, let me know if you have the error again and i'll post the steps used to fix it.
