Coordinate problems

I upgraded my PC to run Windows 8 all went well and all my software seems compatible.  When I re-set VWSaprs up I must be doing something wrong when entering the Latitude/Longitude becuase I'm suddenly off by .2 of a mile.

you give your position as 83 Degrees 44 minutes and 30.00 seconds, but have entered 83 Degrees 44.3 Minutes.

You should enter 83 Dergrees 44.50 Minutes
