Well as any of you who use Cumulus would know, unless you manually type in the current conditions into the Current conditions box there is no way for the software to automatically create a current conditions summary.

So I managed to modify the PHP that came with the banner I use below (in my signature) and create a custom Cumulus Realtime file with the variables I needed to generate the summary of the current conditions.

I then also added in a section to the PHP coding that would display the needed icon to go with the summary it had generated.

If you'd like to take a look head over to my webpage at: http://aspgweather.netne.net/cumulus/data.html

I've found the current conditions summary to be very accurate so far, I've even managed to program it to correctly identify when it is "Cloudy", "Mostly cloudy", "Partly cloudy", etc.  though it does have a little trouble working out the cloud cover at night time as I'm yet to add more arguments in for nighttime cloud cover.
