'KLSX' doesn't appear to be a currently reporting METAR ICAO ..

Based on your Lat/long, you might try Settings-weather.php entry of:

$SITE['conditionsMETAR'] = 'KFYG'; // dist=19 mi (31 km), dir=S, Washington, Missouri, USA elev=149, dated=28-FEB-12

as the closest METAR to your lat/long of 38.86346182,-90.96794486
