I publish hydrological software but I love this weather radar stuff and I think my storm tracking is unique... better. I would like some feed back on my free radar tracking program GetNexrad. And no, I cannot change the radar colors farmtalk. It's free... the NWS put some thought into their colors that I calculate stuff from. It does not have GPS input... I am a couch patotoe and lack this device. But you can type it in. I am just looking for some feedback beyond radar colors. http://getmyrealtime.com/GetNexradHelp.aspxIt's FREE!

Error message when I try to start the program, so pretty much worthless. Same here... The only thing that does work is the ABORT button. Does anyone have this working so I could see the actual product?

I didn't know there was a actual product associated with this thread. I reported it to the moderator as SPAM!

Thanks for trying guys. But what was the error message? And more info about an abort button?... would help. I really do appreciate you trying. And what was the program name just to be sure which one your trying.

Carson, please refrain from posting non-related links. It does look like link spam and makes your posting hard to treat seriously.

Well.. what else was there to think? - A new member's original post is advertising a product
- To the best we can tell so far, the product doesn't work.
- There are repeated posts that appear to have nothing to do with the original post. I did watch one video and didn't make any connection.
- At that time, I hadn't seen you post in any other threads.
- Your sales approach is more like than a respected software designer.
So to use your analogy; If I am an "apple polisher" , you must be the kid who can't stay focused sitting in the corner with a dunce cap on. Do you know how to spell "Spam" how about "Fail" Anyway, did you see the post with the error message attached? Hope that helps.

It is posts like these which totally detracts from the beneficial attributes which Ken and others have eastablished here. There are too many great constructive ideas and suggestions from serious and responsible weather enthusiasts to have someone like this come on here and try to ping, harp, nag, etc. others to buy what appears to be a very questionable product at best...

You poor ignorant sluts have obviously not tried the software so shut your pie holes until you do. For those that have, I have added overlays for NOAA's Warning Decision Support System's 2000 surface obs stations for T, DP, G, P, Precip, and Wind Barbs. Not sure what they mean, but it has pretty colors Farmtalk.

Sorry Carson, language like You poor ignorant sluts have obviously not tried the software so shut your pie holes until you do. is not acceptable on this (or likely any) forum. Consider this your last warning. If you want constructive feedback about your software creation, it's best to not tick-off your potential users.

I told him (or her) I would try the product and it downloaded fine but I had a lot of troubles with it, and he kept telling me to do this and that! He could work on the sales pitch a little
