I'm planning on putting my free web site to retirement and getting a real site. With no real knowledge or skill on designing a web site with the weather graphics I need some help. I would like to custome design each widget but I also eventually want to learn how to create my own templates. Where can I go for creating a web site? How much will it cost? And on average how much should it take for a newbie as my self to get this going?
Just started all this within the last month...
Currently have WeatherLink 5.9.3 and USB Logger(no lock up problems here). Registered Domain with GoDaddy.com along with hosting and email.
Uploaded WeatherLink templates to
www.atxwx.net at first attempt to see what templates and WeatherLink are about.
Then got Saratoga Templates up and running at
www.atxwx.net/bohls/wxindex.php. Took about three nights to get every thing working, but feel comfortable with templates now to start making some changes.
Now have TightVNC, VirtualVP and VPLive all going. Moving right along...

TightVNC lets me control laptop running weather station from my "big"computer, VirtualVP allows me to start testing other programs like VWS and Weather Display and still keep webpage running.
VPLive gives available console data. Not sure what else I can do with it just yet.
Anyway, webpage is currently a work in progress....
Willing to help any way I can. (Going to be in Dallas this weekend)
