Here's my weather toplist, anyone with a weather related website is more than welcome to join.
It's still a work in progress with the fine tuning of performance settings and theme polishing to pixel perfection.

Smaller banner?

I am open for suggestions... You think the 468x80 max setting is too small?

Not a problem. From looking around I see 500 x 80 is a commonly used size so I made mine using these dimensions. Easy enough to resize it where needed.
