dalecoy, there are calculations to do that (based on your lat/long and time of day/time of year)
Off topic, but I do understand that there are calculations that give the maximum
hours of bright sunshine for any day and latitude. And whether (at any particular time of day on that day and latitude/longitude) there could
be bright sunshine. I know where to find those formulas and calculators.
Sorry my question wasn't clear.
nikgelfi asked for a WL plugin for bright sunshine hours. I thought
the request was for a plugin to give bright sunshine hours experienced
, based on the solar radiation sensor measurements. Which was why I wondered how that measurement is to be compensated for day of the year and latitude.
Apparently, nikgelfi wants something that accurately calculates the theoretical maximum, given day and location. So, I apologize for asking an unnecessary
(and off-topic) question.
