Meade Instruments TM005X-M & TS33F-M
« on: January 09, 2012, 10:08:25 PM »
We are currently using the Oregon Scientific EMR812 and the THC138 remote sensor with water-proof probe to monitor the pool temperature, but these are no longer produced.
I'm considering the purchase of the Meade Instruments TM005X-M and the TS33F-M remote sensor with water-proof probe to monitor the pavement temperature.

Does anyone have any experience with Meade Instruments?

No experience with them, but Oregon Scientific's line of professional weather stations have a floating pool sensor avalible. Not shure how much you want to spend but I just got my self one of those floating sensors for my WMR200 to monitor pond temperature and it does a good job

Hope this helps.
I live in an apartment and for the moment am not a home weather watcher.
