The settings are typically saved when you close the program. Open one instance, make your changes, then close. Upon re-open everything but zoom level should be good

Andrew,

I always close the program manually before a reboot. Form me, anyway, it doesn't restrat the Web Publishing - always have to do that manually. Am I missing something?

Thanks.

No John,
You are not missing anything.  Sorry, the web upload is not part of the "settings" I was referring to.

The only way to start that automatically is to use something like autoit.  I started using that last year, works great. Tricky to setup, but once you do get it right, works flawlessly.

Will autoit actually control a menu setting - like Web Publishing - in addition to Preferences settings?

Thanks, Andrew.

It can do anything you program it for. But it will always do the same thing.

I have it lauch program, zoom twice, move to my position i like, then pulls down file menu, select web publishing, then clicks start.

others have used it to select different radar sits also, since I always use my default, I do not have it change radar site.
