This script works with WeatherUnderground international forecasts (
does NOT work for USA, US Territories or Canada) to provide output and function similar to the popular carterlake/NOAA/NWS advforecast2.php script. It supports any language that WeatherUnderground offers on their site, so multi-lingual support is built-in.
The script will optionally use the carterlake/NWS icon set (as is used by
advforecast2.php and the WXSIM
plaintext-parser.php scripts) or will use the native
WeatherUnderground icon set.
Wondering about copyright and legal matters? I did too! Confirmation was received from John Celenza and WeatherUnderground that personal, non-commercial weather websites that contribute weather data to WeatherUnderground may use the graphics and data with attribution to WeatherUnderground. I've got more discussion on that on my scripts page, and in the
WXforum.net discussion/response on the subject.
