Welcome back!  Have wondered what became of you.  Figured it must have to do with the new school year.

If you want to invest part of your loot in a website, I always advise folks to register their domain name separately from their hosting service.  If it is a name you would like to keep, don't use the "free domain with hosting" offers.  That way if your host sucks, it is much easier to maintain control of the domain and move your site to another host.

I'll give an unpaid endorsement to omnis.com who registers many tld's starting at $7.95/yr and has always been pretty good with their support.  They also offer inexpensive hosting, but I have not used them for hosting and therefore cannot recommend.  A lot of people here seem to like e-rice and godaddy.  I use another host that has mixed reviews here.  Avoid anything with a cheapie sounding company name.  I have used a bunch of them in the past figuring that my knowledge and experience would make up for a lack of features or support...  It doesn't.

$3 looks pretty affordable.  Have you googled for reviews?  Make sure you don't have to pay up front for multiple years in order to get the advertised "monthly" rate.

Also, don't forget to register your domain name elsewhere for reasons discussed earlier.  Besides, $27.60 for the first year for a .com .net .org is way too much.

I don't know, as I use a credit card.  There is an 800 number at the top of their home page and a "live chat" button.  I've used both.  They all speaking amelican engrish good.
