I just purchased an Oregon Scientific 200A and am using a computer that runs Windows Vista.  I followed the instructions from OS and set up the station the way it was suggested.  Had no problems to start and am running Weather Display as my main display unit.  Have set up all the parameters as suggested by the developer.  Anyone here using WD?

For the first couple of days there was no problem as the OS system resets at midnight to start each day fresh.  My computer is on 24 hours a day but I don't connect it to the Internet unless needed.  Now the computer has started the mornings without resetting all readings as previously done.  I am not resetting anything or changing the program at all.  Seems as if when I review all the settings it goes back to running fine.  Anyone have an issues like this that can offer help??

My sensors are mounted 25' in the air.  My rain gauge is mounted at 5' above ground.  All sensors transmit as normal and all batteries are new.  Solar panel facing South to keep the units running properly.

Thank you for any and all help!! Very Happy

make sure to set WeatherD.exe to run as administrator
if using Vista or W7
also make sure to not install to c:\program files
but instead to the default location of c:\wdisplay
also make sure you are using the latest version of the software
