I have an old "Weather Channel" rain gauge that looks just like the CoCoRahs one. I am using it to compare the Davis/Hobby-Boards/One Wire Frankenstein that I recently installed.

Here is an old commercial for it on YouTube:

Does anyone know if they are the same basic design? From what I can tell they look very similar.

Looks the same to me.
Costs a little more to purchase and have one shipped now but still not bad.  Wink

Looks identical to the "official" CoCoRaHS Stratus rain gauge, just branded on the funnel top.
