Well, rennie33 in Norfolk VA using WU Rapid-fire, near first-reported landfall.

Kevin Walls using in Willow Springs NC using WL.

carolinawx in Clayton NC using VWS is currently on the western edge.

I thought it might be good to see how the various sw performs and reports, and to check up on members.

Starting to get winds here in upstate NY now... sustained 15-20mph with gusts getting up near 30mph now. Pressure is dropping like lead still. Lights have flickered a few times, and listening to the local repeaters there's starting to be power outages and what not as well as some flooding.

Well... lots of flooding up here in NY, lots of trees down all over... I heard Bennington? VT was completely shut down. Major flooding in Schoharie county NY, specifically Middleburgh area.

My station was rock solid, highest wind gust was 37mph. However, I seem to have lost rain data... I see at most 0.01in/hr rainfall rate... It's been light rain but consistent. So either the wind is blowing most of it past the dish or the spider I saw the other day has now taken refuge in the rain gauge housing. Either way I'm not going up there now to check it. Most stations around me show 4-5" of rain while I only have 1.47" since midnight. I'm a little disappointed to be honest.

I'm sure it has a lot to do with wind blown rain. Is your gauge out in the open with not too much in the way of trees to block the wind?

We've got some MAJOR flooding issues in the capital district near Albany. The Mohawk River is VERY high... they've evacuated the lower parts of Schenectady, Niskayuna, etc... Voluntary evacuations in Colonie, Cohoes, Green Island. I heard port of Albany was evacuated. They are worried about the integrity of Lock 7 on the Mohawk River and it possibly failing making this all a ton worse...

Also on the list, they closed I-87N/S at the twin bridges over the Mohawk river due to a runaway barge/crane, also closed the bridge over route 9 over the Mohawk... but apparently those are open now as they have "corral-ed" the loose barge. Which is good, cause I'd have a hard time getting home if those were closed.

Schoharie and Middleburgh got nailed very hard... lots underwater down there. Troy is now flooded since the Hudson is way up too...

Saw some of that on Twitter earlier.

Now the Thruway is closed both ways from Exit 29A to 27, and Eastbound all the way from 34A in Syracuse to 27.

Golly!! This storm has wreaked havoc all across the northeast and mid-atlantic...Hope the water comes down soon enough! Thats an incredible amount of flooded roadway Shocked

There was a large swath of area that got 6-12 inches of rain, with isolated higher amounts; I think the highest being 17.5 inches near Dover, Delware according to GR3

You can say that again. The flooding and resulting damage is insane. This was the 100 year flood.

Knock on wood, it wasn't real bad right here. We were about 6 inches away from heading to high ground.

Had very little rain here in Fairhaven MA,  Did have a top wind gust of 72mph.  Lots of power outtages and tree damage.  Lost my power for 8 hours.  My little weather station held up to the strong winds.  Had sustained winds of 30 to 50 mph for at least 14 hours here.

I know this is about a week late, just got power and internet back on. Here in Chester, VA near Richmond we picked up 5.41 inches of rain and recorded a wind gust of 67 mph at 14:49 Saturday afternoon. No flooding to report, but lots of tree damage. Ready for the next one!
