Cannot log in to Wunderground

Hi,
I cannot log in to the Wunderground website or upload any data! I get a message saying incorrect station ID or password. I have made no changes to my system, can anyone help please?

Don't forget WU logon is case sensitive. And be sure to use O (oh) instead of 0 (zero's) where needed. I see you are INORTHYO14 and guess the zero's and O (letter) can get switched easily. Same for the password.

Thank you for your reply, the log in details are all permanently in the plug-in and I have not changed them. I have tried re-entering the details but I cannot even log into the website with my email! Looks like I might have been lost in the system. My PWS station is still there, INORTHYO14.

Just in case any stateside members are waking up to this problem I just got a reply from Wunderground support as follows, "We are sorry for the inconvenience, but this may have been caused by some changes we made to our password handling". I got password reset instructions and after a slight glitch it seems to be ok now. Hope this helps someone.

I was having the same problem.  Weather Underground changed password rules so that your password MUST be 10 characters or less.  Well, my uploads have not graphed since Wed. and my webcam is not visible.  I reset my password and then updated my upload software to the new password.  Hopefully this will help others.

This is still happening. I signed up in april of 2012 with an 11 digit password. I was able to upload and sign in until last night when the password no-longer worked. I tried to reset with the old password and got the message about passwords being 10 digits or less.

It is frustrating that WU will sign you up with a password larger than 10 digit.
