I recently bought the 3610 and installed the included software. Everything was running fine and then it stopped logging data the the history.dat file. I have uninstalled the software, deleted the folder, re-installed. Now there is no history.dat file at all. The current conditions are displayed correctly on the laptop but there is no logging. Any suggestions? Thx.

history.dat is generated by Heavy Weather.  It should regenerate itself with no problems.

Looking at the Heavy Weather display, click on the Show History button and then on Changes. Make sure that it is set to record data.
