I recently bought the 3610 and installed the included software. Everything was running fine and then it stopped logging data the the history.dat file. I have uninstalled the software, deleted the folder, re-installed. Now there is no history.dat file at all. The current conditions are displayed correctly on the laptop but there is no logging. Any suggestions? Thx.
How long was it running fine?
At this point I would suggest going into setup then history to see where the file is located. Then, if you can open the show history you check the settings there.
