Recently bought a Davis Vantage Vue with USB data logger and wanted to upload to WU.  I found this link which details adding a software expansion module to WeatherLink software.  I installed it and it is working fine.  It adds a tab under the File tab of WeatherLink which allows you specify how often to send to WU.

Welcome to the forum.  Yes, that module is a good tool if not running your computer 24/7 as it allows you to specify the start and stop date/time of the WU uploads.  Just be careful you don't end up sending same data twice.
