One thing I noticed is that it is a full height PCI card which won't fit in a regular desktop cabinet. One exception is that some of the Dells I have one of them had a sideways card cage insert that allows a full height card to be inserted but at the same time the card cage adapter blocks the PCIe port and I think the AGP port as well. It is easier just to get a mini-tower pc .

It is my second pc. It is a full tower with plenty of space. It is a Pentium 4 at 2.4, with 128 video graphic card and 1 gb ram. System is windows 7. Will it do the job?

It is very likely that you have more than enough horsepower for the card and basic software.

If you plan on using some of the fully integrated offerings to display, then I can't speak for sure.  I would say yes, but with  1 meg and a pent 2 running XP and doing ok, I'd think that it would be sufficient.

Do you have a card and antenna?  I might have one around here I'm not using.

Mine is running on a headless Intel D525 Atom system with w2k as the OS and, I think 2 gig of memory. IOW: it doesn't need much.
