WXSolution has an update that adresses the new DST. Just received this e-mail from the Author.
An update to WxSolution to automatically set the weather computer's clock for the new Daylight Saving Time as been released. This update is intended for those weather computers that do not implement the new 2007 DST. WxSolution will set the weather computer's clock when the Daylight Saving Time starts (and ends in November).
For Davis Vantage Pro users, please verify whether your system is already programmed for the 2007 DST by going to
http://www.davisnet.com/support/weather/software_daylight.asp To install the update:
- Shutdown WxSolution
- Download WxSolution 1.7.5.3 from
http://www.thunderheadtech.com/WxSolution/WxSolution1753.exe and unzip to the default directory.
- Restart WxSolution.
To activate the DST feature:
- Go to File, Properties, Station Setup, Weather Computer Interface.
- Under Set Time, select "Set on Daylight Savings Time change only".
Windows must have the 2007 DST update installed and Adjust Automatically for DST must be set.
