Topic: No Com after Version 14.00p054 upgrade

Like the title says.
After following download and install instructions perfectly now I keep getting the can't open com port window on VWS. Also when I go to VWS settings and try Vantage/Weatherlink settings I get an hourglass icon that won't go away then VWS not responding.

Weatherlink says it's connected to Com Port 3

Rebooted computer several times. Tried connecting and disconnecting the USB

I'm using a serial to USB adaptor which has been working flawlessly for years before the update.

I had a feeling the update was going to screw things up. Should have listened to my feelings but it's too late now.

Are you trying to run WeatherLink and VWS at the same time?

No. Found that you can't do that over five years ago.
