Since this station has not been reporting continuously during the analysis period (it missed 3 days out of 28), the offsets below may not be accurate.

The coordinates that your web page shows on Map Quest are slightly different than given at CWOP.   The elevation differs  from 3241 to 3392 feet.  150 feet may be your problem.

Josh,
Try VirtualVP and let VPLive send your info to CWOP.

What source are you using to get your elevation?

Set WVS to your Correct altitude (elevation) under Station Settings and PUT Zero (0) in your Davis Pro 2.
Check out http://weather.gladstonefamily.net/site/C4784?tile=10;days=3#Data
I have my Davis Pro 2 down to less the 1 milliBars or
Average barometer error:  0.5 milliBars
Error standard deviation:  0.3 milliBars
Wait at lest 24 hours before you start to change the Barometric Pressure (on your Davis Pro 2) to match CWOP. I took about 1 week to match as close as I could to CWOP. I changed 00.01 inHg at a time, wait 24 hours and check CWOP.
And lets hope that CWOP is correct.

A Map would be better to use then a GPS unit as the one we have access to are only within 10 meters or 32.80 feet. I to used a GPS but was off by more then 100 feet.

I wouldn't recommend changing the BP to fall within the guides of CWOP.  Other stations around you, or what's being compared, are probably dorked.  Unless there's something wrong w/ the sensor in your console.

Just set the elevation/altitude above sea-lvl.  I don't think your location is at sea-lvl.
If you already set a correction in the console, take it back out.  I have my BP and elevation set in the console.

The EL that should be entered into the console should be 3393'.

I have 2 GPS units, and they differ from each other by 10%.  I suggest that you try Google Earth.  It may not be any more accurate , but it at least will give you "another opinion".

There's a high press system in place to your SE, so your baro is right in reading high, but still a bit high compared to other Metar stations and compared to Capastrano and Teakettle.  What is entered in your console :?:  Then check what is in /SETTINGS/STATION SETTIINGS/ and what does VWSs calibration window show/SETTINGS/CALIBRATION :?:

You should only have the baro and EL 3393' entered in the console. VWS will read this.  Whatever it detected when you first started it up is fine.  Remember, if you ever added/subtracted from this reading, in the console, you want to put it back.

I mean your barometer also.  Check in the above mentioned areas for your baro settings.

Josh,
You must find out where you are (your console that is) to get your barometer accurate. I looked at your CWOP page and the google earth topo map shows your elevation 50 to 60 feet less than you have entered. You can fudge 5 to 10 feet but not 50 to 60. Find a satellite photo of your home and get your true lat. and long. then get a high definition topo map and then you can start properly setting your barometer.

That might be part of the prob, but according to the NED validation, he has his el correct.  Lat/long incorrect for your true location:?:

Latitude: 48° 8' 54" N (deg min sec), 48.1483° (decimal), 4808.90N (LORAN)
Longitude: 114° 25' 11" W (deg min sec), -114.4198° (decimal), 11425.19W (LORAN)
Elevation: 1034 meters (3392 feet) -- validated against 1034 meters (3393 feet) from NED Contiguous U. S. 1/3W arc second
