So either all their UV sensors are crap, and faulty or useless or a firmware and software issue.

The UV sensors on these are not too good anyway. Mine is faulty and read others have had issues with the sensors

Never heard or uv sensors on anything else bar bloomsky. These things are not cheap and for the price expect good uv sensors for the money we pay, not bad ones. So now questioning the long term reliablity of these sensors and may go bad at anytime.

I don't think they can fix with firmware unless it has remote flash capabilities?  I think they are trying to tweak it through the their system with their software is best I can tell.
