Green numbers in WU
« on: February 17, 2010, 02:53:51 PM »
When I go to a city and look at the nearby wx stations some of the numbers appear in green type. There does not seem to be any system to it and no explanation that I can find.  So why are some numbers in green?  I thought it was rapid fire stations but some non rapid fire stations have the green numbers also.

Example go here and scroll down to the Wx Station area.

Just now, I checked the referenced UDL and only the rapid stations were green.

I believe GREEN stands for recently changed value.

Data values turn green AS they are being updated.  You will see this happen far more often on Rapid Fire stations for obvious reasons.  ;)
