Title: GRLevel X continually updating

Starting about 3 weeks ago  GRLevel X went into constant update mode. No matter what setting was chosen it was always the red box and either "downloading" or "update in x:xx". There is no image on the screen. I've tried everything. Internet connection is good. It had been working just fine, now nothing. I'm stumped....and open to suggestions. Thanks.

Are you using version 2.51? The older version will not work anymore.

Hi Folks,

Found this link for the new NWS URL "http://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/SL.us008001/"  for Level 3 products. Just copy and paste without the quotes by doing the following:

1. Stop polling.

2. Click on File, Configure polling. Should see a box open up with a field to copy the above link into. Click Ok.

3.  Start polling.



I do not know if it works with GR3 ver 1.xx or not.

I'm having the same issue and I tried the link as described but when I do it says "Could not find grlevel3.cfg on server". I have version 2.51  I really hope that I don't have to pay for an upgrade in order to get this resolved.  Any help would be much appreciated.

I would update, however after 2 years and numerous attempts to register for the GRLevelX members forum and never receiving approval I have pretty well given up.  Terrible customer service.   ](*,)

Here is the information to get in touch with Mike directly.

Send email to admin@grlevelx.com with your purchase details (email and physical addresses, phone, etc.). On the email address, you may want to give the one you used to order the product, then give your current one, if they aren't the same.

I just updated to 2.51 last night and I'm still having the same problem.. did a internet test and it's saying this... and it worked this morning cant get anyone on the owners forum or email to help me either very frustrating..

Now its working again after being offline since 7:46pm very weird. My connection has always been wifi.
