Find out what IP number was assigned to your bridge, then open that IP number in your web browser.

You should get a red and white information screen.  About 1/3 the way down you'll see a button that says "toggle".  That will turn the blue lights on and off.

It should stay that way through power cycles, so keep in mind that you've done that.  A lot of people think they've broken their bridge by hitting that button accidentally. 

To turn the lights back on, simply open the page and hit the "toggle" button again.

Those things are like strobe lights. If your bridge is up high on a cabinet like mine, and near a window, at night from outside it looks like party time.
