Hi James.
I believe you can.
The bridge will recognize any 5 in 1 sensor as far a I know.   It will send data to My Backyard Weather, as long as it is registered and connected to the internet.
All you would have to do is to register at Acu-link.com and get an account then configure the bridge.  It will list the sensors it sees and you can choose your 5 in 1.
See the link below

FYI some tower sensors are not recognized.  BTDT.  I wish there was a table of what worked with what.

I would think that the bridge picks up all 433 MHz sensors, since that is what the 5 in 1 sends out.

Yes... Acurite seems to have a plethora of towers that LOOK the same from the outside but are different.  Some have only temp and others have both temp and humidity.  The wireless ones seem to transmit at 433 MHz. (I do not work for, nor are associated with Acurite, and certainly do not know their whole line of products.)  As long as the specs show that they use the 433MHz range then, as Doc indicated, they should show up.

Apparently not.  Some 433s do not work.  BTDT.  Not sure why...

yes  you are completely right!
Yes... I forgot one small thing!   The tower needs that small ABC switch for it to be recognized.   Don't know what that has to do with it

The ABC thing acts to modulate the signal.  Essentially changes the transmission so each sensor can be tracked.

So it matters what position the switch is on? I have mine on "C". Should I try another selection?

I checked the specs on the 01515 and it does transmit at 433 and does have the ABC switch. I'll call support on Monday and ask just to make sure.

After more research it turns out the 01515 is not compatible. Looks like I'll be going with the 06014.

The bridge does not care what the A-B-C switch is set to on the sensors.

The A-B-C switch just sets an identifier in the data stream so sensors can be told apart by the consoles.  It does not change the frequency of the radio transmission.

The bridge only decodes 433MHz data from sensors it thinks it understands.  Sometimes it gets it wrong for non-compatible Acurite gear.  Usually it will ignore non-Acurite sensors on 433MHz, but there's a chance they might also be mis-identified.

All 5n1 sensors are compatible with the bridge, including the one with the 01515 kit.
