Topic: Webcam not updating

For several months my WU weather station and web cam has performed flawlessly. Yesterday my the webcam sign up page said I did not have a webcam. I signed up twice but it still said I did not have a webcam. This morning it was back with the original ID. If I go to WU webcam form my webcam, it updating better than my weather station page which is 5 hours behind. The webcam page is only 30 minus behind. After my webcam reappeared, I change FTP sending from 1 minute to every 5 minutes. I am thinking the server is over loaded and I need to go back to 1 minute send. Any thoughts or suggestions?

WU is making changes this week. They've had a banner, in blue, up but apparently not everyone is getting the message. Here's what it states:

Good news! We're moving PWS and Webcams to new systems. Visitors can expect some interruption to device signup, dashboard, and management pages the week of March 18.
