Glad it is working for you, you can more or less play around with the HTML the way you want. Make sure you leave the PHP part. It uses standard CSS so you can change the size of the font, colors etc.

I got a reply from Mike over at GoSportWX.com.  He gave me the PHP file.  Inside I saw it required two javascript files I was able to grab off his site.  So rename each of these three txt files and plop them on your Saratoga script site.  Worked like a charm for me.

I noticed two of the Drought image locations were showing from 2015.  The image locations had changed.  So here's a new PHP for that file.
