Hi,
My MB has been working fine until I did a recent update of AjaxMBwx.js and MB-trends-inc.php, i tried to regress but the problem still exists, this proberbly coincidental but the issue I have is that MBtags.php (file size 38,878) gets wiped on update to 0.
The link to gen-MBtags.php seems ok - https://www.chatteris.biz/gen-MBtags.php (https://www.chatteris.biz/gen-MBtags.php) the only change from the original is the addition of 'mbuptime' on the last line.
As the link to MBtags.php would be blank, this link is to a copy - https://www.chatteris.biz/copy-MBtags.php?sce=dump (https://www.chatteris.biz/copy-MBtags.php?sce=dump)
Any Ideas how to fix this?

The most common cause of an empty uploaded file: MB needs to reload the template.
Click the "Reload Template" button just above the "gen-MBtags.php" FTP setup on the Meteobridge Services tab.

Hi Wim,
Thank you so much, that seems to have solved it.
All the best

I seem to be having the same problem myself. Everything worked fine until a couple of weeks ago. When I try to reload the template I receive this error:
Error (Event #01): Download of template failed: https://pelzerwilliamston.com/gen-MBtags.php: HTTPS support not compiled in.
I'm able to download the file with any FTP client and also have a sister station using the same setup and same webserver so don't think that's the problem.
Any ideas?

The message
HTTPS support not compiled in.
means that docbee (Boris) would need to answer.. I think it means that HTTPS support is not available in your Meteobridge firmware version. You can switch to HTTP instead for your request, however, if your site automatically redirects http->https, then it will also fail. If that happens, temporarily turn off the http->https redirect, reload the template using http, then put the redirect back in place.. it should work until your Meteobridge is restarted.

Thanks! That was the problem. Now that you mention it the problem started after a MB reboot.
Hopefully Boris can update the Meteobridge firmware to correct this.
Current Firmware Information:
Platform: TL-MR3020 (plus USB hub)
RAM: 29364 kB total, 3840 kB free (86% used)
SW Version: Meteobridge 3.8 (Dec 24 2018, build 12603), FW 1.4

I'm on:
Meteobridge 3.7 (Sep 28 2018, build 12365), FW 1.4
and it works for me, so yeah, looks like a problem with 3.8.

In the Maintenance section of the Services tab, next to Version Control, does it give you the option to "stick to version 3.7"? You could try that in the meantime.
-
Can you please paste in the service upload definition that raises the error?
-
Is this what you're referring to?

Currently I have the redirect in the .htaccess file removed.
