connecting VUE console to PC

If i decide on getting a Vue can i connect it to my PC with a reglua USB cable? Im really wanting a vue and want the data on my PC but I can't afford 150-200 bucks just to get my console data on my PC

2 members here, SLOweather and belfryboy, have built cheaper 'connections' that can be used. I have one of each model and they both work very good. SLOweathers' does not log, belfryboys' does. Look in the Davis Instruments board and you'll find them. READ the threads for the particulars.....
3 Davis set-ups...which one ya wanna talk about? And I got ALL my manuals....

Not to take away options, but you can get a Davis logger for 120 bucks or so if you look around.  Cheaper on fleabay, too.
