Title: APRS Utility Location settings

Settings ask for Degrees and minutes (LAT/LON)
Entered said values.....
Wrong location showing on map

VWS and CWOP location should be something like
41.5309147 
-75.5454634
VWSaprs settings should be something like
North 41 degrees 31.85 minutes
West 75 degrees 32.73 minutes.

Also helps if you provide more info in your questions, things like location, CWOP station number, etc.. I just assume you're somewhere around East Jermyn PA...

VWSaprs is the correct info I just couldn't get right.
